| Reality is that The Green Footprint Network already exists. The Green Footprint Logo is designed to help Professional Recyclers and associated companies profit from the investment they have made in "Recycling Environmentally". |
| Be a participant in Green Footprint. Auto Recyclers, Suppliers of Products or Services, or in fact any company or individual who can show that they support Professional and Environmental Recycling can use the Green Footprint Logo on payment of a nominal annual participation fee. |
| Only once accepted can participants use the logo and the system is such that the Industry itself will set the standard for legitimate use of the Green FootPrint Logo. |
| Nominated Green Footprint Participants, representative of all aspects of Professional Recycling will guide the use of the legitimate logo and all associated items. |

Every year literally millions of vehicles are taken of the road in the USA. The majority of late date vehicles that end up as either Repairable Salvage or Vehicles for Dismantling / Processing into Re useable Parts are provided by Insurance companies and this is where the Recycling Cycle begins . |

Many US Auto Recyclers are designated as Authorized Treatment Facilities by their regional or state legislators.
This resulted in many recyclers spending substantial amounts of money receiving little financial gain from the exercise as directories of these ATF's are usually in some obscure area of a Government site.
Green footprints approach is simple "One ATF Logo" whichever responsible authority designated a Recycler an ATF. |
